Yes, Glassiled does efficiently block UV light and therefore reduces discoloration. Just as a standard PVB interlayer, the special PVB used for Glassiled products absorbs more than 99% of the UV light.

Our production line can handle the following sizes:

• Min = 200 mm x 600 mm
• Max = 1500 mm x 2700 mm

• Standard: lamination of grinded glass with PVB (tolerance between Cover and Base glass is +/- 1 mm)
• On request: special edge finishing (e.g. grinding, polishing,... of laminated product) and/or add-ons (e.g. rails)

This is similar to the limitations for the standard AGC laminated products. We can laminate up to 15 PVB's of 0,76 mm standard thickness.
